Sue’s mission is to stop leaders from thinking, dreaming and playing small – by helping them to be bolder and braver in leading, creating and sustaining change.
Sue is a deeply experienced Personal Leadership & Mindset Coach to ambitious professionals who are on a mission to succeed. Originally a Registered Nurse, has worked in a wide range of clinical settings before moving into a career in senior NHS leadership roles, spanning general management, change & project management, public health and strategic planning. As part of her current leadership portfolio, she is a Non-Executive Director in the Pobl Group (Housing Sector), and a Board Member of CMI Cymru.
Sue holds a Masters in Health Service Management from City University, London, and the Master of Laws (LLM: Legal Aspects of Medical Practice) from Cardiff Law School. She is a Master Practitioner & Trainer in Neuro Linguistic Programming. Sue is a guest lecturer in Personal Leadership on the Cardiff University international MBA programme and she currently teaches Advanced Communication Skills with Glyndwr University.
