I am a confident, persuasive communicator, who offers a range of solutions, from the development of leaders and managers through to advising, designing and negotiating on specific organisational development and change challenges. My recent focus has been on developing bespoke innovative leadership and people development programmes where learning is embedded into changing practice. It’s all about shifting workforce cultures and maximising people performance, primarily by encouraging empowerment and promoting independence, not dependence.
