As part of the health and well-being framework for the social care workforce that Practice Solutions is developing on behalf of Social Care Wales, we have a series of virtual events for social care staff to feed into the project and give their vital input to the development of the framework.
Our series of virtual workforce viewpoint panel sessions are there to engage your views, ideas, and suggestions. These will be group discussions which will be facilitated by a member of the Practice Solutions team.
For registered social care workforce, there are three virtual engagement events taking place in each region, and each event will be targeted at a different group:
- Local authority adults' services (Specific dates now finished so please join another session)
- Local authority children's services (Specific dates now finished so please joing another session)
- Private and third sector social care workforce.
For social care workforce who provide non-statutory services or who may not be registered, including care home staff, domiciliary carers, personal assistants and independent providers such as landlords and supported living providers, there are also national events taking place for each group.
You have the option to join with your regional colleagues on a geographical basis or join your sector colleagues at the national event.
However, if you cannot attend the specific dates within your region then please feel free to join one of the other sessions.
Please register now via one of the links below to confirm your attendance, and make sure you select the appropriate region and group for your occupation.
