Employment Benefits Package

 Salary

 The recruitment pack will highlight the salary range equivalent to the post.

 If the post is part time, then you will be provided with both the part time and full-time   equivalent.

 Hours of Work

 The full-time hours are based on 37.5 hours per week between Monday and Friday.

 If the post is part time, then we will work with the successful candidate to develop a   flexible working pattern that is suitable to the business and the individual’s needs.

 Contract

 This is a permanent contract.

 Location

 Our offices are based at Ty Antur, Navigation Park, Abercynon.

 We are still in the process of developing our hybrid model, which will include a   mixture of office and home working, subject to business needs.

 Some roles could be carried out remotely [within reasonable travel distance] and this   will be highlighted within the recruitment pack, if relevant.  Please check your pack.

 Probationary Period

 The first six months of employment will be a probationary period.

 Holiday Entitlement

 The full-time entitlement is 28 days which includes the 8 bank holidays.

 Annual leave will increase by 1 day for every completed years’ service up to a   maximum of 33 days per year.

 Should you work part time, then you will receive the pro rata entitlement for your   working hours. 

 Additional Leave

 3 additional leave days are award during Christmas and New Year as the offices are   closed.

 You will be given an additional day’s leave for your birthday each year.

 Voluntary Leave

 After successful probationary period, you have the opportunity to undertake 1 day’s   paid volunteering within the community each year.

 Company Sick Entitlement

 Statutory sick pay for the first 6 months of employment.

 After successful completion of your probationary period, you will be entitled to the   following in any 12-month rolling period:

  • 6 months – 12 months - 4 weeks company sick pay 
  • Year 2 – 8 weeks full pay, 4 weeks half pay
  • Year 3 – 12 weeks full pay, 8 weeks half pay

 Pension 

 Company pension scheme is available in line with the Pensions’ Auto Enrolment   Scheme, if the following criteria is met:

  • You earn over £192 per week (or £833 per month)
  • You are aged 22 or over, and
  • You are under state pension age

 Contributions
 3% Employer contribution
 5% Employee contribution

 Private Medical Insurance

 After successful completion of your probationary period, you will automatically be   entitled to the enhanced Private Medical Insurance with AXA Insurance.

 Free car parking facilities are available directly outside of the office.

 Abercynon train station is a 5 minute walk away from the office.
