Salary |
The recruitment pack will highlight the salary range equivalent to the post. If the post is part time, then you will be provided with both the part time and full-time equivalent. |
Hours of Work |
The full-time hours are based on 37.5 hours per week between Monday and Friday. If the post is part time, then we will work with the successful candidate to develop a flexible working pattern that is suitable to the business and the individual’s needs. |

Location |
Our offices are based at Ty Antur, Navigation Park, Abercynon. We are still in the process of developing our hybrid model, which will include a mixture of office and home working, subject to business needs. Some roles could be carried out remotely [within reasonable travel distance] and this will be highlighted within the recruitment pack, if relevant. Please check your pack. |

Probationary Period |
The first six months of employment will be a probationary period. |
Holiday Entitlement |
The full-time entitlement is 28 days which includes the 8 bank holidays. Annual leave will increase by 1 day for every completed years’ service up to a maximum of 33 days per year. Should you work part time, then you will receive the pro rata entitlement for your working hours. |
Additional Leave |
3 additional leave days are award during Christmas and New Year as the offices are closed. You will be given an additional day’s leave for your birthday each year. |
Voluntary Leave |
After successful probationary period, you have the opportunity to undertake 1 day’s paid volunteering within the community each year. |
Company Sick Entitlement |
Statutory sick pay for the first 6 months of employment. After successful completion of your probationary period, you will be entitled to the following in any 12-month rolling period:

Access to occupational health nurses / physiotherapists and counselling and coaching on a range of mental health conditions. Free car parking facilities are available directly outside of the office. Abercynon train station is a 5 minute walk away from the office. |
