The Risk Assessment ad Positive Risk Taking Policy and Procedure which Practice Solutions wrote for us was spot on! What I liked about the document was the emphasis on person centred planning as well as the importance of enhancing the skills of the individual and in helping a person to understand risk. I think is is a document we can really learn from.

Our style of training is participatory and based on relevant content and case studies, so that participants are able to relate their learning to practice issues. We have found that this approach is extremely effective when engaging with learners. All delegates receive a course certificate, which we encourage participants to add to their CPD portfolio.

Bite Size Briefings
Our Bite Size Briefings take place each month and are based on current issues that will be of interest to health and social care practitioners. Sessions take place at 9.30 and 12.30 and last for approximately two hours and are changed at £20 (+VAT) per person.
