Using Twitter and Blogs
This one-day workshop will give participants the opportunity to gain practical experience of using Social Media platforms such as Twitter and Blog sites. It will also explore how to measure and evaluate the effectiveness of its use with an organisation. Our workshop aims to suit delegates who are confident in using a computer and the internet.
Aims for this course include:
- To introduce participants to some Social Media platforms and learn how they can be used to support the online presence of an organisation in a positive way
- A practical introduction to Social Media platform tools
- How to manage organisation profiles by using Social Media platforms
- How to use Social Media to maintain and maximise engagement with other organisations and potential customers
