Practice Solutions was originally set up by Gabe Conlon in 1999 to provide bespoke, flexible training and consultancy services to the health and social care sector.
Since then the organisation has evolved to include digital media services, managed by Sarah Day, which offers unique solutions for service user participation and involvement. Most recently, we have also developed our business to provide bespoke design services for our customers.
Practice Solutions has not only worked with local authorities throughout Wales but has also been commissioned to work in the North and South West of England. Over the years we have developed a reputation for providing high quality, innovative, flexible and tailored solutions that enable organisations meet the challenges within the social care sector.
